Learning 2 Achieve, based in Fleet, Hampshire was founded in 2005 by Alan Wingrove and he was joined by Grahame Brown in 2009. We have significant experience, working, with owners and managers from small and medium size businesses. Where it helps, we use our experience from working Nationally and Internationally with large organisations in all three sectors. As the company has evolved and developed so has its own strategy. Whilst we retain the core competence – improving performance – we achieve this by focusing on three key areas of business:
Business Coaching – which is one of the most powerful ways for a business owner / manager to maximise their performance.
HR solutions – the growth of your business is achieved by the performance of your employees. When HR is done correctly it adds value to your business and when it goes wrong you can get stung. We will help you with HR solutions, but also coach you through this minefield to enable you to ‘go it alone’ and get it right.
Maximising your on-line presence - the on-line presence of any business impacts on their performance and growth. In April 2009, we created a division to the company. Biz Web Solutions – based in Hastings, Sussex – is where we specialise in maximising the performance of your Internet presence.
