Founded in 2005 by Alan Wingrove, Learning 2 Achieve has significant experience working with small and large organisations in the public and private sector. As the company has evolved and developed so has its own strategy. Whilst we retain the core competence – improving performance – we achieve this by focusing on five key areas of business:
Business Coaching – which is one of the most powerful ways for an individual or a team to maximise their performance.
Personal and Team Development – when working with individuals and teams our key philosophy is to develop your competence and capability by working on your strengths.
Strategy – which is about the performance of your organisation. It is about the performance of your people. It provides meaning to what they do and enables them to understand how their role supports the organisational purpose.
Partnerships – where the future of successful organisations, especially those in the public and third sector, exists.
People Management – How you engage your people and how they are led and managed has a major impact on your organisation’s performance. Whilst employee legislation is designed to assist employers and employees alike it also creates the requirement for certain processes to ensure that you are compliant.
Some of our clients commented that their organisations were not doing as well on the Internet as they would have liked and we are aware that an increasing amount of business is conducted on-line so, in April 2009, we decided to create a second division to the company. Learning 2 Achieve is where we specialise in maximising the performance of your people. Biz Web Solutions is where we specialise in maximising the performance of your on-line presence. Together they assist in maximising the performance of your organisation.
