Business Coaching

are you stuck find some clarity

If you feel overwhelmed with all of the things you need to do to grow your business, then try Business Coaching.

Business Coaching is one of the most powerful ways for you, as the owner / manager, to grow your company. We provide sustainable improvement in your performance by focusing on your strengths and how to use them to best effect in order to achieve your goals.

To ensure that you get the maximum benefit from your coaching we hold an initial meeting to give you the opportunity to resolve any questions you have about coaching and to discuss your goals and aspirations. We refer to this as a ‘chemistry meeting’ as it is essential the relationship between coach and client works for both parties. This is vital to success, so do not feel embarrassed or awkward if you want to meet two or three coaches – we actually encourage this, as the relationship match is so crucial!

That’s why we have a number of highly experienced and qualified coaches who all work to their professional body’s strict code of ethics; either the International Coaching Federation or the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Subsequent meetings will give you the opportunity to address your professional and personal development, through a powerful dialogue. Along the journey we may also explore how certain thoughts and behaviours can be unhelpful to you and the coaching process allows you to gain a greater appreciation of your strengths. You will also see the strengths in others – strengths that you may currently perceive as weaknesses. Although we normally contract for six sessions over a six to nine month period, the actual duration of the relationship will be driven by you, the client.

Most of our Associates are qualified in administering psychometric tests, which we only use where they will help you to understand yourself better. Click here to view the most beneficial tests and what they will show.

Team Business Coaching uses a similar process to achieve sustained performance by seeking to use the strengths of each individual team member whilst valuing their differences.
